PARENT NEWS:

• Conferences will be held on Tuesday, March 3^rd and Thursday, March 5. Please look for your conference sign-up form inside the communication envelope and return it by Monday, February 23.  Thank you.
• There is no school on Friday, February 27, as it is yet another Teacher Workshop day.
• Culver’s is offering another St. Dominic Special on Sunday, March 1.  Ten percent of their proceeds will be donated to our school.  Remember to place receipts into our boxes at their restaurant!
• Auction update: Can’t wait to see you at the Auction!
• Thanks to those of you who bought Kwik Trip gas / gift cards since last week’s newsletter.  We sold over $2000.00.  This means over $200.00 for school plus another 10 % back to several families who purchased them.
• Spring brings many opportunities for class field trips.  Remember you need to have completed VIRTUS training before spending time volunteering with the students.  Please plan ahead.  You may register for training at www.virtus.org.
• Please turn in all your clipped Box Tops for Education by Wednesday February 25th.  St Dominic School won a sweepstakes through Rainbow Foods to match our earnings for the year.  Thank you and keep saving all the valuable Trash to Cash items.
• Our Athletic Awards Ceremony is scheduled for Monday, March 9th at 6:30pm in the O’Gara Social. It is an event honoring all of our St. Dominic athletes which includes volleyball and basketball.  All of our athlete’s families are invited to attend.

STUDENT NEWS:

• There will be NO open gym this Saturday, February 21, due to preparations for the auction.

LITURGY SCHEDULE:

• The 2^nd grade class will be leading Mass on WEDNESDAY, February 25.  This is Ash Wednesday.
• The 1^st grade class will be leading Mass on Thursday, March 5 .
